The Enterprise Services Center (ESC) embodies Harland Financial Solutions' vision of complete client support. The ESC has expert, onsite system and application support. Harland Financial Solutions closely monitors the after-hours automated call and incident tracking system. Our expert staff consults and customizes the conversion, installation, and training process to your institution's needs.
Training
In addition to complete system documentation, training is available via the Web, or learn from instructors at the Enterprise Services Center or your institution. Our training classes address support call issues, new products and best practices in using our products and services. Harland Financial Solutions periodically sends out emails to ESC clients to help increase awareness about the new features and functionality of their core system. Harland Financial Solutions can arrange special sessions to best fit your financial institution's availability.
