Harland Financial Solutions’ Training Services ensure your staff uses all your system or application has to offer – and more. Our training professionals can work with you to create a program that fits your specific goals. Sometimes that’s getting everyone up-to-speed on a new technology or release. Other times, it’s preparing employees for certification – or identifying educational gaps that could be driving down efficiency. Whatever your need, our training experts can help.

Training Services Custom

Delivered live or via virtual classroom, our Custom Training Services provide customized, competency-based, hands-on training for up to 12 students. This service is ideal for clients new to one or more Harland Financial Solutions products and can include trainer-facilitated “go live” assistance.

Training Services Workshop

Workshop Training Services are held throughout the country either at a client location, a Harland Financial Solutions training site, or via the Web offering live, instructor-led, hands-on product training for various skill levels. The class size is limited to ensure that each individual receives the appropriate level of instruction.

Training Services Self-Paced

Self-Paced Training Services offer the convenience and cost savings of learning from your desktops. Sessions are pre-recorded, hands-on computer-based training designed for users with some exposure to the software, but who need refresher or product release training on specific subject matter.

Training Services Certification

To ensure your financial institution reaps the return on its technology investment, Certification Training Services offer post-training and periodic certification in specific Harland Financial Solutions product areas. Certification provides acknowledgement by Harland Financial Solutions that an individual has obtained a recognized level of knowledge in regards to the administration and use of LaserPro®, SBA Lending for LaserPro or Touché® Analyzer.

 
Employee Compliance Training

Our sister company Harland Clarke Digital™ also offers compliance training through their Online University. The Online University is designed to meet the specific needs of the financial industry with bank and credit union specific content that is effective, affordable and easy-to-use.
