ActiveView™ Documents is a document imaging, management and archive system based on our ActiveView Server platform. ActiveView Documents works right inside ActiveView Server, which means that you can continue using the software you are familiar with.

ActiveView Documents offers several methods of retrieval, including document type/key searching, full-text searching and customer/member name or account number. The personal search feature allows the creation of custom definitions for highly specific, frequently used searches. 

ActiveView Documents' automatic cross-referencing feature enables users to select an open document and automatically retrieve any related documents regardless of their source or type. 

ActiveView Documents allows you to scan multiple pages at one time. Depending on the type of scanner you have, you can load an entire stack of paper documents into an auto document feeder for rapid processing. 

You can also take advantage of full text OCR output in addition to the image pages for use by the full-text indexing engine. That allows you to conduct full-text searches and return just the image pages that match your search.
