Core Processing
Reliable, secure, and fully supported core processing is the backbone of the Enterprise Services Center. Our multiple online, real time core systems for thrifts, banks and credit unions can be delivered in-house or in a service bureau environment. The ESC also handles processing for commercial banks on the AS400 and SUN systems.
Item Processing Services
Our outsourced item processing services are included under the ESC umbrella. Image exchange, remote branch capture and merchant capture, imaged statements and statement rendering with online research, as well as fraud protection are some of the item processing services we provide through the ESC.
EFT Services
Harland Financial Solutions offers robust, secure ATM and PIN- and signature-based debit processing from the Enterprise Services Center. We drive and monitor your ATM terminals to ensure availability to your customers when they need banking services.
Telephone Banking Services
Our voice recognition software gives customers anytime account access via a Touch-Tone phone. Telephone Banking Services enable customers to check their real time balance or conduct transactions in a secure environment provided by the ESC.

Electronic Document Management Services

Disaster Recovery Services
The Enterprise Services Center's Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) assists clients in being prepared for major disasters and other data-threatening problems. The DRC is available for clients' use 24 hours a day, seven days a week should disaster strike. Clients are welcome to annually test their disaster recovery plans at the Disaster Recovery Center.
Data Storage Solutions
Your financial institution's business-critical data can be electronically backed up to the Enterprise Services Center's electronic vault. Safe and off-site, the encrypted data is available online at any time for immediate, user-initiated recovery.
