Helen "Rusty" Beckel
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Market Development/M&A
Helen "Rusty" Beckel is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Market Development for Harland Financial Solutions. In this role, she manages strategic planning, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales analytics, alliances, new product strategic initiatives and certain M&A activities. Rusty has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, including management positions in banking, the FDIC and Harland Financial Solutions. During Rusty's career at Harland Financial Solutions, she has been instrumental in the development and launch of key products such as LaserPro®, DepositPro®, and pioneered online banking and bill payment. Her strategic alliance group manages over 200 outside companies who have value-added products, services or distribution channels that complement Harland Financial Solutions.

J.R. Clemons
President, Risk Management and Compliance Solutions Group
A.O. Clemons serves as President, Risk Management and Compliance Solutions Group for Harland Financial Solutions. Clemons has overall responsibility for lending product development and operations.

With experience in product development, sales, legal and intellectual property issues as well as software operations Clemons has worked in both the national and international arenas for publicly-traded and privately-held companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in working with financial institutions of all sizes.

Clemons earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington State University and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Washington State Bar. Download photo now.

Dan Larlee
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Dan Larlee serves as Senior Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer and heads the Office of Technology at Harland Financial Solutions. Under Mr. Larlee's leadership, the Office of Technology performs research and consulting for Harland Financial Solutions in the areas of adaptable software architectures, component development, product integration strategies, Internet and e-Commerce strategies and emerging technologies. Dan Larlee spent 8 years as the Chief Technology Officer of Concentrex, Inc. which was acquired by Harland in late 2000. Prior to his position at Concentrex, Mr. Larlee spent 15 years in vertical market software development and management. Those markets included accounting systems; hospital patient admitting systems; warehousing and distribution systems; integrated retail point-of-sale, inventory control and purchasing systems; international trade including import and export systems for domestic and international importers and freight forwarders; and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Mr. Larlee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Association for Computing Machinery. Download photo now.

Stan Muir
Vice President and General Counsel
Stan Muir serves as Harland Financial Solutions' Vice President and General Counsel, with principal responsibility for managing the legal affairs of Harland Financial Solutions. Stan oversees all legal matters affecting Harland Financial Solutions, including general corporate matters, acquisitions and divestitures, software licensing, intellectual property and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Harland Financial Solutions, Stan served as corporate counsel for NCR Corporation, McDermott Incorporated and the Babcock & Wilcox Company, with domestic and international experience spanning computer-based hardware and software, off-shore oil, nuclear power and aerospace. During the six years before joining Harland Financial Solutions, Stan was in private practice focusing on commercial, international and intellectual property matters. Stan has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and received his J.D. from William and Mary. He is a member of the Virginia and Ohio bars and the federal Patent bar.

Stan was an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Lynchburg College for 3 years and a member of the Board of Advisors for the International Quarterly published by Business Laws, Inc. He has published articles on international transactions and has lectured and held seminars on intellectual property, international transactions and Year 2000 topics. Download photo now.

Raju M. Shivdasani
President, Enterprise Solutions Group
Raju (Raj) Shivdasani is the President of the Enterprise Solutions Group of Harland Financial Solutions. His career spans over 30 years in the financial services technology arena including previous roles as President of Phoenix International and President of Fiserv CBS Worldwide. During the eighties, Raj led several business units for Citicorp Information Resources and co-founded Vista Financial Systems. Raj has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, India and a diploma in Programming Technology from Control Data Institute, Los Angeles. Download photo now.
