Chuck Dawson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harland Clarke. The holding company oversees Harland Clarke, Harland Financial Solutions and Scantron. Mr. Dawson sits on the board of directors of M & F Worldwide Corp. (MFW), the parent company to Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. |

Raju M. Shivdasani President Raju (Raj) Shivdasani is the President of Harland Financial Solutions. His career spans over 30 years in the financial services technology arena including previous roles as President of Phoenix International and President of Fiserv CBS Worldwide. During the eighties, Raj led several business units for Citicorp Information Resources and co-founded Vista Financial Systems. Raj has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, India and a diploma in Programming Technology from Control Data Institute, Los Angeles. |

Scott Hansen Executive Vice President, Business Development Scott Hansen is the Executive Vice President responsible for marketing, product management, market development, product legal compliance, alliance management and strategic planning. Prior to his current role, Hansen served as Executive Vice President of the Integrated Solutions Group, which included some of the company’s fastest growing businesses, including, branch automation, electronic banking, enterprise content management and financial intelligence. Hansen initiated his career in the financial services industry with the Federal Home Loan Bank, and later held various positions with Clearwater, FL based Pioneer Savings Bank. He graduated from the University of Michigan Business School. |

Dan Larlee Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Dan Larlee is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer for Harland Financial Solutions. Dan leads research and development efforts in the areas of adaptable software architectures, component development, product integration strategies, application development architectures and frameworks and emerging technologies. Prior to his current role, Larlee led research and development efforts for the company’s Risk Management & Compliance group. Prior to joining the company, Dan spent 15 years in vertical market software development and management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. |

Carina Le, PHR Vice President, Human Resources Carina Le is the Vice President of Human Resources for Harland Financial Solutions. Her responsibilities include managing payroll for Harland Financial Solutions in the US and abroad. Prior to her current role, Carina was responsible for Human Resources for the company’s Risk Management & Compliance group. Before joining Harland Financial Solutions, Carina worked at US Bancorp Mortgage Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Human Resources from Portland State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). |

David McConney Executive Vice President, Client Services David McConney is the Executive Vice President of Client Services for Harland Financial Solutions. His responsibility includes oversight of all client facing activities, including Client Operations, Data Center Operations, Support Center Operations, Knowledge & Certification Services, Professional & Consulting Services and the office of Project Management. Prior to his current role, David had responsibility for the company’s Credit Union Core Solutions group. David McConney has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry, holding chief executive officer, director and senior positions in financial institutions in the Caribbean, Canada and the US. He received his education in Dublin, Ireland and Milwaukee, Wisconsin and holds an undergraduate degree from Marquette University. |

Shanon McLachlan Senior Vice President, Research & Development Shanon McLachlan is the Senior Vice President of Research and Development for Harland Financial Solutions. Prior to his current role, Shanon was Vice President of the Bank Core Systems Group. His career in the banking technology industry spans over 20 years, including previous roles as Research and Development Manager, Director of Operations and CTO. Shanon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. |

Bill Zayas Executive Vice President, Global Sales Bill Zayas is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Harland Financial Solutions. Prior to his current role, Bill was the Executive Vice President of the company’s Bank Core Solutions Group which included operations for all Bank Core Platforms, including image/Item Processing and EFT services. Bill’s career spans 20 years in the financial services industry having held senior management positions with EDS/Newtrend, Open Solutions Inc., and Phoenix International. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Hartford. |
