Connections is back in Orlando! Harland Financial Solutions has secured hotel rooms at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort at a special rate for Connections attendees.

Convenient Hotel Registration
To make reservations, simply complete the Connections registration process. After checking out, you’ll be connected directly to a special Web site where you can choose from either hotel. This will be the quickest and easiest way to secure your hotel reservations.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort

Harland Financial Solutions has secured a special rate of $189 single/double for Connections guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. You may secure your rate using a credit card, and can cancel or amend your reservation until 5 days prior to your planned arrival date. The special rate is valid until Monday, August 11, 2008, after which we can no longer guarantee availability or pricing. To make your reservation by phone, call 800-227-1500 or 407-934-4000. Travel Arrangements

When selecting airline flights, please keep in mind that check-in time at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is after 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.

The hotel is located approximately twenty miles from the Orlando International Airport. Ground transportation options from the airport include the following:

Car Rental and Parking
All major car rental agencies are available at the airport. Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort offers valet or self parking options for their guests:

Valet Parking
Cost: $16.00 per night with in/out privileges

Self-Parking
Cost: $9.00 per night with in/out privileges

Shuttle Service
Mears Transportation - Mears Transportation shuttles depart regularly for the Walt Disney World Resorts. Rates are approximately $19.00 (one way) or $32.00 (round trip). Log on to www.mearstransportation.com or call (407) 423-5566 for reservations and additional information.

Taxi
Taxi cab service is available from the airport to the hotel. The approximate fare is $60 one way.
