Exhibitor Package

This year's Partner Expo promises to deliver many opportunities for you to interface with our clients during the week. Not only are there many times where attendees will browse through the exhibit hall, but you'll have the chance to participate in several of the events at Connections. You'll have plenty of time to spend with our clients, and you'll have a great time too!

All of the items below are included with each 8' x 10' booth space you purchase. Each 8' x 10' booth space costs $2,950. Based on space availability, you may purchase up to three 8' x 10' booth spaces, which would give you up to an 8' x 30’ linear configuration.

Each Exhibitor Package Includes the Following:

	Two Representatives
	You may bring two representatives from your company for each 8' x 10' booth space you purchase to staff your booth. Each representative is allowed to attend the following events during the week at no additional cost: Breakfasts, lunches and Dedicated Partner Expo Time Connections Opening Session Connections Partner Expo Welcome Reception Connections Final Night Event — Games People Play!
	Booth Space
	Each 8' x 10' booth comes with the following: 8’ high back wall and 3’ side wall drapes One (1) 6’ draped table Two (2) plastic side chairs One (1) wastebasket One (1) 7” x 44” one line ID sign The exhibit hall is carpeted, however, if you wish to order carpeting for your booth, you may do so through GES Exposition Services. Any electrical, phone or Internet services for your booth must be ordered through the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.

	Below are some other items you may wish to purchase in addition to your standard Exhibitor Package. Additional representatives from your company ($850 each)* Each additional representative will have the same access to events as representatives included in the exhibitor package. Connections 2008 Golf Outing—*You are also invited to participate in the Connections 2008 Golf Outing. The golf outing will be held Monday, September 15, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. at the beautiful Celebration Golf Club. The cost to participate is $125 per person. You’ll also have the ability to rent clubs through our registration site for an additional fee of $60.
