Your booth is assigned once payment is received. The process will begin in early July.

Click on the link below to view a map of the overall layout of the exhibit hall. When it’s time to select your booth space, you’ll have a chance to tell us your booth location preferences. We’ll assign booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis according to when your payment is received. Payments by Visa or Mastercard are received immediately, so choosing that payment method is your best chance at getting the booth location you want.
Please note, booth assignments and exhibitor kits will be issued in early July. You will hear from us on a first-come, first-served basis.
