Raju M. Shivdasani Chief Executive Officer Raju (Raj) Shivdasani is the chief executive officer of Harland Financial Solutions. His career spans over 40 years in the financial services technology arena including previous roles as president of Phoenix International and president of Fiserv CBS Worldwide. During the eighties, Raj led several business units for Citicorp Information Resources and co-founded Vista Financial Systems. Raj has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, India and a diploma in Programming Technology from Control Data Institute, Los Angeles. |

Bill Zayas President and Chief Operating Officer Bill Zayas is the president and chief operating officer of Harland Financial Solutions. Prior to his current role, Bill was the executive vice president of worldwide sales, and prior to that he was the executive vice president of the company’s bank core solutions group which included operations for all bank core platforms, including image/item processing and EFT services. Bill’s career spans 20 years in the financial services industry having held senior management positions with EDS/Newtrend, Open Solutions Inc., and Phoenix International. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Hartford. |

Eric Cummins Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Eric Cummins is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Harland Financial Solutions. He brings over 13 years of finance experience from various roles within Honeywell, most recently as vice president, integrated supply chain with Honeywell International. Prior to that role, he was vice president of finance for Honeywell Aerospace, a strategic business unit within Honeywell International. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America. He also earned his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from University of Illinois. |

Michael Dionne Senior Vice President, Sales Michael (Mike) Dionne is the senior vice president of sales for Harland Financial Solutions. His career spans more than 20 years in the financial services technology arena, including previous roles as vice president and general manager of Bankserv, Inc., a leading provider of payment technologies to the financial industry, and senior vice president and general manager of Netik Inc., a U.K.-based data warehousing and middleware firm. While at BankServ, Mike led its Fedwire business from its start-up phase to a business generating more than $10 million in annual revenue. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt. |

Scott Hansen Executive Vice President, Business Development Scott Hansen is the executive vice president responsible for marketing, product management, market development, product legal compliance, alliance management and strategic planning. Prior to his current role, Hansen served as executive vice president of the integrated solutions group, which included some of the company’s fastest growing businesses, including, branch automation, electronic banking, enterprise content management and financial intelligence. Hansen initiated his career in the financial services industry with the Federal Home Loan Bank, and later held various positions with Clearwater, FL based Pioneer Savings Bank. He graduated from the University of Michigan Business School. |

Dan Larlee Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Dan Larlee is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for Harland Financial Solutions. Dan leads research and development efforts in the areas of adaptable software architectures, component development, product integration strategies, application development architectures and frameworks and emerging technologies. Prior to his current role, Larlee led research and development efforts for the company’s risk management & compliance group. Prior to joining the company, Dan spent 15 years in vertical market software development and management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. |

Carina Le, PHR Senior Vice President, Human Resources Carina Le is the senior vice president of Human Resources for Harland Financial Solutions. She has been an HR professional for more than 20 years. Her responsibilities include leading the design and development of HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing the delivery of all HR services, including payroll for Harland Financial Solutions’ worldwide operations. Prior to her current role, Carina was responsible for managing human resources for the company’s risk management & compliance group. Before joining Harland Financial Solutions, she worked at US Bancorp Mortgage Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Human Resources from Portland State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). |

David McConney Executive Vice President, Client Services and Operations David McConney is the executive vice president of client services and operations for Harland Financial Solutions. His client related responsibilities include oversight of client implementations, client training, client support and data center operations. His operational responsibilities include oversight of project and risk management related activities. Prior to his current role, David had responsibility for the company’s credit union core solutions group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding chief executive officer, director and senior positions in financial institutions in the Caribbean, Canada and the U.S. He received his education in Dublin, Ireland and Milwaukee, Wis. and holds an undergraduate degree from Marquette University. |

Dinesh Sheth Senior Vice President, Delivery Channel Innovation Dinesh Sheth is the senior vice president of delivery channel innovation for Harland Financial Solutions. Dinesh is a founder of uMonitor – Parsam Technologies. He has also served in leadership positions with Parsam, SRC, Skywire, SkyTel, Nynex and GTE. Dinesh has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, an MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electronics Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University. |
