System Requirements

Harland Financial Solutions recommends the following minimum configurations to use ProSuite™ products. Note that these are not purchasing guidelines. Workstation

  • PC Compatible Processor (700-MHz or faster processor)
  • 128MB RAM or greater
  • Color Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution monitor
  • 130MB hard disk space for basic program, plus 20KB per transaction
Workstation Operating System
  • Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Professional (plus latest Service Pack)
  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional (plus latest Service Pack)
  • Microsoft Windows Vista Business (plus latest Service pack)
  • Installation of Microsoft XML Parser (MsxmI4.dll) is required for UCC, SBA Lending Solution and Participation document printing
  • Optional Components:
    • WebConnect™ requires Secure Socket Layer (SSL) messaging to the Web Server for ARS

Network Operating System

  • Novell® NetWare v5.1 or greater
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 Server™ (plus latest Service Pack) or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition (plus latest Service Pack)
  • Optional Components:
    • Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Terminal Server (plus latest Service Pack)
    • Citrix Presentation Server™
Printers
  • 100% PCL5 (or 5e) compatible printer
Printer Font Source
  • Pro Font device (Cartridge, SIMM/DIMM, Flash Card or D-Card)
  • Pro Internal Fonts (requires the Univers scalable bitmapped font to be resident on the printer)
  • Pro Active™ Font Port (Ethernet or Parallel)

Other/Peripherals

  • E-Print Connect™ optional component requires:
    • Support for 128-bit encryption for Microsoft Cryptography API (current version for operating system)
    • MAPI compliant e-mail client
  • SBA Lending Solution optional component requires Internet Explorer 6.0 (plus latest Service Pack)
  • WebConnect optional component requires TCP/IP
  • Internet connection from at least one workstation within the customer’s institution for purposes of downloading software updates
  • GeoPro optional component requires DVD ROM drive for installation purposes and up to 1 GB of disk space to store the geocoding data files.
