FMS Investment set up employs a logical input mask with helpful prompts and data validity checks. A copy feature allows you to duplicate set up information from an existing investment to a new one.

Simple posting screens allow the operator to fill-in the appropriate transaction information for purchase, sale, mature, call, payment, and adjustment entries. Complex GL entries are created from these posting activities that electronically interface to the General Ledger.

And FMS IMPACT is an ODBC compliant application so that generic report generators can access the data in FMS IMPACT’s files.

Compliance: FMS IMPACT manages multiple investment portfolios as required by FASB 115. Analyze your portfolio as a whole or look at it as three portfolios: Available for Sale , Hold to Maturity, or Trading. FMS IMPACT automatically links to Interactive Data Corporation’s DATAFEED on-line pricing service. Update portfolio valuations any time you wish to review your unrealized gain or loss position.
