Active:View® Content Management

Active:View^® is used to capture information across and beyond your organization. The information you store can be as diverse as check images and general ledger reports. We control it in a scalable, secure database and automatically cross-reference it. We connect it to your users, customers and check exchange partners providing universal and simplified access to all content.

Active:View®

Active:View is Enterprise Content Management web software. It runs on your server to deliver check images, reports, statements and other documents via a single user interface to various Active:View software “Plug-in” systems.

Optional Modules

Active:View® Items

Active:View Items is a module for Active:View Server. It retrieves MICR transaction data, as well as images of checks and other items instantly. It can re-create teller transactions from a single item. It reduces to moments what could be a full-time job.

Active:View® Reports

Reports is an Active:View Server Plug-in. It can capture reports from dozens of sources. It links line items inside those reports to customer or member statements, images in the database.

Active:View® Statements

Active:View Statements is an Active:View^® Server Plug-in. The AV Statements plug-in gives you access to customer or member statements for individual printing or viewing. If you are storing check images inside (or outside) your system, Active:View Statements will also attach the appropriate check images to the statement you are working with.

Active:View® Documents

Active:View Documents is a document imaging, mangement and archive system based on our Active:View Server platform.
