Our Document Archive service can help end the paper chase by making information storage and retrieval much easier. It works seamlessly with UltraData® Essentials 1.0 so your staff can retrieve the information right from their personal computers saving them time from having to search through file cabinets. Free Up Resources and Space
At month-end, the documents and information normally filmed and put in filing cabinets are archived on a Harland Financial Solutions server and backed up on a compact disk (CD). The CD is then sent to your credit union. Since the documents are stored electronically and won’t be sitting in filing cabinets they are better protected from disasters like floods, fire, hurricanes, etc.
For your convenience, our Document Archive service also provides daily off-site data storage. Your credit union can upload database and archive backups as needed, to Harland Financial Solutions, and we will store one archive and one database backup for each day of the week.
Document Archive will also save you money because you can:

Effectively Manage Your Credit Union
Information is power and UltraData Essentials 1.0 Report Writer puts that at your fingertips. With it, you can query the core processing database and create custom reports that are above and beyond the system’s standard reports. Up to 30 fields can be included in the custom reports allowing you to retrieve specific information from the core system, such as:
- Information on active or dormant accounts
- Weighted average rates by loan type
- All loans
- YTD new members
- QTD new share drafts
Report Writer provides more flexibility than is typically available in standard programs or reports. By accessing the core processing system’s large pool of member information, you can quickly generate lists of members for targeted marketing campaigns. This will ensure effective use of your marketing dollars, because you will be offering products and services, to those members that can truly benefit from them.

Works Easily with Other Applications
Using the automatic scheduling program, recurring reports are regularly updated at designated times so they always contain the latest information.
