Centralized Information
The system’s Account Master File is the foundation of UltraData EssentialsTM. As the system’s central information file, it contains all the name, address and personal data of members plus year-to-date dividends and interest data. The system’s centralized structure lets you answer inquiries quickly and easily – one number lets you access all of a member’s account information.
Streamlined Processing
Streamline your processing tasks from tellers all the way through item processing. You get all the functions you need for efficiently processing share, loan and deposit accounts. The system provides several tiered NOW and Money Market dividend routines and handles ACH, ATM and Debit Card transactions. All transaction and account processing is integrated with a general ledger that provides vital management information in industry standard formats. And it’s all done in-house, where you can closely control and monitor the work.
Information Storage and Retrieval
The UltraData Essentials 1.0 system can easily store and retrieve information electronically through our Document Archive service. Copies of checks, credit union reports, receipts, statements, etc., are quickly stored and retrieved from any of the credit union’s personal computers. Your staff won’t have to search through filing cabinets, and the credit union saves money since less storage space is needed. At month-end, documents are archived on a Harland Financial Solutions’ server and backed up on a compact disk (CD). The CD is then sent to the credit union. The electronically stored documents are better protected from disasters like floods, fire, tornadoes, etc.
