Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) is a key add-on module to the EZTeller suite that makes easy work of complying with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations for reporting large currency transactions to FinCEN. EZTeller tracks the transactions in real time and maintains holder, conductor, and exempt account information. CTR reports make it easy to track customer cash patterns, thereby minimizing the risk of missing currency transactions that need to be reported.
Superview®
Superview®, our administrative management module for EZTeller®, enables management to define teller operations and security measures at the level of the holding company, the bank, the branch, and/or the employee. Managers and supervisors have access to more than 45 standard reports and the Special Accounts Monitor (SAM) module, which is a messaging system that enables the monitoring of important or special accounts, customers, and activities.
EZId®
This PC-based photo and document capture and retrieval system is designed to operate in any type of network configuration. EZId® can help combat fraud at the point of entry–the teller station. Using scanners and digital cameras to capture documents and images, tellers can identify customers accurately and quickly without creating longer lines at the teller window. EZId will improve the productivity and customer service of your institution while reducing the chances for loss and fraud.
