Professional Services and Training - Phoenix System

Education is an integral component of the Phoenix System. We are committed to helping you maximize your investment by providing the right training to the right people at the right time. Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive program of teaching and service, which will assist all levels of your organization through the Implementation, Transition and Experienced phases of your life cycle with Harland Financial Solutions. Our training solutions include:

Implementation
During the Implementation phase, we use a “train-the-trainer” approach to prepare your entire organization to become fully operational on the day of conversion. The objective is to develop the practical skills your staff will need to successfully perform their job using the Phoenix System.

Transition
Once your conversion is completed, you Transition to the post-conversion phase. For this phase, we have designed training tracks to follow, with recommended classes to attend which build on the foundation the implementation courses have laid. The Transition Track courses provide a solid understanding of the Phoenix System for those who will be designing, managing, and building business for your organization.

Experienced
After you get into the swing of it and become Experienced users of the Phoenix System, we will help you gain efficiencies and a competitive edge by designing custom courses and/or process improvement consultations tailored to your needs. We can even work with you to analyze your operation to determine what those needs may be.
